Welcome to VOLTKBOX. These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you and VOLTKBOX (“VOLTKBOX”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, charging stations, or related rental services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services
You are responsible for the device and internet connection used to access the Services. VOLTKBOX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms. -
Account Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted under your account. VOLTKBOX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion. Payments may be made through supported digital payment methods including major cards and mobile wallets. -
Rental Rules
Users may rent one power bank at a time unless otherwise specified. Rental begins once the QR code or station activation method is successfully completed. Users must handle all rented equipment responsibly and return it in proper working condition. -
Activation Fees
VOLTKBOX may require an activation or service access fee depending on the service model or location. Where applicable, activation fees may be stored in the user account or digital wallet and may be refundable subject to service terms and usage conditions. -
Rental Charges and Account Balance
Rental charges apply based on usage duration and applicable pricing structure. If a payment attempt fails, the outstanding amount may be recorded as a negative balance. Users must clear any negative balance before initiating future rentals. -
Replacement or Loss Fees
If a rented power bank is not returned within the specified period, a replacement or loss fee may be charged. Failure to settle such charges may result in account restrictions or additional recovery actions. -
Returning the Power Bank
Users must return the device properly into a compatible VOLTKBOX station until confirmation of successful return is received. Devices may typically be returned to any available station within the service network. -
Event Rental Terms
For event-based deployments, rental responsibility may be assigned either to event organisers or individual users depending on the agreed service structure. Deposits or liability charges may apply for unreturned or damaged units. Specific event terms will be communicated prior to service activation. -
Prohibited Use
Users must not reproduce, resell, exploit, or misuse VOLTKBOX services for unauthorised commercial purposes. Creating fraudulent accounts, attempting to bypass payment systems, or interfering with platform security is strictly prohibited. -
Disclaimer
VOLTKBOX services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation at all times. -
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where VOLTKBOX operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal authorities within that jurisdiction. -
Language
Where multiple language versions are provided, the legally binding version shall be determined according to the governing jurisdiction or official service documentation.

استخدام الخدمات
أنت مسؤول عن الجهاز والاتصال بالإنترنت المستخدم للوصول إلى الخدمات. يجوز لـ VOLTKBOX تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة موافقة على التعديلات. -
شروط الحساب
يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 عاماً. يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة ومحدثة عند إنشاء الحساب. أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات الدخول وجميع الأنشطة المرتبطة بحسابك. يجوز لـ VOLTKBOX تعليق أو إيقاف الحساب عند الحاجة. يمكن الدفع عبر وسائل الدفع الرقمية المدعومة مثل البطاقات والمحافظ الإلكترونية. -
قواعد التأجير
يمكن استئجار جهاز شحن واحد في كل مرة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. يبدأ الإيجار عند تفعيل الخدمة عبر رمز QR أو وسيلة التفعيل المتاحة. يجب التعامل مع الأجهزة بعناية وإعادتها بحالة سليمة. -
رسوم التفعيل
قد تتطلب خدمات VOLTKBOX دفع رسوم تفعيل أو اشتراك حسب موقع الخدمة أو نموذج التشغيل. قد يتم الاحتفاظ بهذه الرسوم في محفظة المستخدم وقد تكون قابلة للاسترداد وفق شروط الخدمة. -
رسوم الاستخدام والرصيد السالب
تُحتسب رسوم الإيجار بناءً على مدة الاستخدام وهيكل التسعير المعتمد. في حال فشل عملية الدفع، يتم تسجيل المبلغ كرصيد سالب ويجب تسويته قبل استخدام الخدمة مرة أخرى. -
رسوم الفقد أو الاستبدال
في حال عدم إعادة الجهاز خلال الفترة المحددة، قد يتم فرض رسوم استبدال أو فقد. عدم السداد قد يؤدي إلى تقييد الحساب أو اتخاذ إجراءات إضافية. -
إعادة الجهاز
يجب إعادة الجهاز بشكل صحيح إلى إحدى محطات VOLTKBOX حتى يتم تأكيد عملية الإرجاع بنجاح. يمكن إرجاع الجهاز إلى أي محطة متاحة ضمن شبكة الخدمة. -
شروط الفعاليات
في الفعاليات، قد تقع مسؤولية الإيجار على المنظم أو المستخدم حسب الاتفاق. قد يتم فرض تأمين أو رسوم مسؤولية في حال فقد أو تلف الأجهزة. يتم توضيح شروط الفعالية قبل بدء الخدمة. -
الاستخدامات المحظورة
يُحظر إعادة بيع أو استنساخ أو استغلال خدمات VOLTKBOX لأغراض غير مصرح بها. كما يُمنع إنشاء حسابات وهمية أو محاولة اختراق أنظمة الدفع أو تعطيل أمن المنصة. -
إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدم خدمات VOLTKBOX كما هي ووفق التوفر، دون ضمان التشغيل المستمر أو الخالي من الأخطاء. -
القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في الدولة أو المنطقة التي يتم تشغيل خدمات VOLTKBOX فيها، ويتم حل النزاعات عبر الجهات القضائية المختصة. -
اللغة
في حال توفر نسخ متعددة من هذه الشروط، يتم تحديد النسخة القانونية المعتمدة وفق القوانين المحلية أو وثائق الخدمة الرسمية.
