Return Policy
VOLTKBOX offers a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation will be required.
To Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact VOLTKBOX through the official contact email provided on our website. If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, customised or personalised products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies for return, please contact VOLTKBOX before making a request.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, VOLTKBOX will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact VOLTKBOX through the official support channel.
